The NordicTrack Elite 10.9 Elliptical Trainer utilizes a front drive system with a 20 lb flywheel and eddy current resistance which combine to offer smooth and quiet performance. The Elite’s power adjustable stride (maximum 20”) allows different users to adjust the stride length for a comfortable workout.
The NordicTrack Elite 10.9 Elliptical also features a power adjustable ramp with which you can adjust the incline from 0 to 20 degrees, effectively enabling you to work more muscle groups for a more effective workout overall.
