So many signs. So many stupid signs warning you about the Dangers of doing normal things like exercising. Theres one in the outside yard of my office building thats probably twenty years old. Here's the thing though, where are all the signs that warn you about the dangers of a sedentary lifestyle? There are none. Thats the problem.
Im back training, but im focusing on freestanding handstands and the one arm chinup primarily. Gotta focus on goals at this level. Thats the way forward.
