Having difficulty getting an Adult Learner Loan for fitness qualifications?

Adult learner loans are available for personal trainer qualifications but the number of companies able to offer them is reducing quickly.

The main reason for the lack of availability is that once a company manages to get a government contract by a direct route or subcontracting, OFSTED goes and inspect the provision.

Companies that have recently undergone an OFSTED inspection for the first time have received Grade 4 inadequate. This means the contract is suspended with immediate effect. This tends to say a great deal about the quality of teaching and learning in the industry.

OFSTED is the only quality auditing body that looks at this element of Training deliveries. Awarding organisations concentrate mainly on the rigour and quality of assessment processes. The visit from the OFSTED inspectorate can be very stressful and extremely hard work for a training provider. But it does enable them to take stock and provides guidance to enhance the student experience during the learning.

If you find learner loans, you usually find a good degree of quality.
