Halloween, Training and #MotivateMe Monday Linkup

If you’re new here, #MotivateME Monday is a weekly link-up co-hosted by myself and Run Mommy Run for accountability and encouragement. It’s a place for us to share goals, plans, successes and have each other to pick us up to keep moving forward. Happy Monday everyone! Last week was a busy week! Do you find Halloween stressful too?  I have to admit that Halloween is one of my least favourite events.  Trying to find (or make) the perfect costume is sooooooo stressful!  This year all three of my kids made their own costumes – Sierra was a jellyfish, Brooke was a softball (a joint costume with her best friend who dressed up as a softball bat) and Amber dressed up like a pumpkin: Even Pecan the cat wore a Halloween costume: Fitness Recap: Monday: Lunch time boot camp class – I absolutely love this class, though I can’t remember what we did this week 🙂 Tuesday: Lunch run – ran some really fast splits! Wednesday: Lunch time boot camp class Thursday: Yasso 800’s at the track.  They were fast for me, but if the theory is correct, the predicted time for a marathon for me is currently 4 hours.   It was Amber’s birthday so we […]
