Life is Too Short, Run the Race – My May Goals #MotivateMe Monday

Hooray it’s May! And guess what else?!?  Hockey is over!!!! Hallelujah! The magnolia (?) tree in my backyard is in full bloom and I couldn’t be happier! May is going to be an exciting month for me because I have a lot of amazing things going on that I’m crazy excited about.   Before I get into those, let’s recap April… April was a horrible terrible no good month.  After a great March that saw me back in my running groove, April took a bit of a nosedive.  One step forward, two steps back seems to be my mantra this year.   I joined a boot camp Class and went three times, I also joined a Yoga class and went three times.  I was excited to go to the boot camp class twice a week but after the first class I found that it left me feeling too sore to run, so I had to cut back to once a week 🙁  When I finally recovered from each of those workouts my running was great, then I came down with a nasty good for nothing cold, so I had to take a week off.  Last week was much better – I […]
