  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 2 tsp gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

Method of preparation

1. To prepare the cranberry vinaigrette, warm up the pomegranate juice, maltilol and also cranberries in a little pan, mix well and bring it to boiling point.
