CardioFlex uses latest tools in Sports Rehab & Physical Therapy

At CardioFlex, we will use this device for specific resisted agility and plyometric rehabilitation exercises to build explosive muscle strength and power in our patient’s core and lower body. The Recoil 360° allows patients to maximize motions that are sport specific with resistance and assistance training. The cord stretches against movements to build strength, or pulls patients along to increase speed and improve the body’s efficiency during direction changes.
