Simply two best friends that are on multiple journeys in life and dealing with them TOGETHER!!

On this Weight Loss Journey we have love 100lbs+
We started Aug 23, 2017 and we started with simple cardio on the treadmill then went to the elliptical for 30-45 mins at a time.
we thought doing cardio would slim us down and not get bulky using weights. But now we have been doing more weight training so that we can tone and get stronger.

Amy’s Fitness Routine
Daily – 10mins Elliptical, Stair Climber, Treadmill
Legs,
Abs,
Arms,
Back and Chest,
Full body,
Full body

Dee’s Fitness Routine
Daily- 5min Cardio Intervals
Back/Chest
Legs
