It’s everybody’s favorite workout – Low Impact Cardio (quiet, no jumping!) with STANDING ABS. This quick and quiet workout is easy on your knees and your downstairs neighbors. Fast and efficient for losing weight and building endurance.

NONE / BODYWEIGHT

Exercise Time:
15 minutes

Why you’re going to ❤ this workout:
This is as good as it gets around here, Killer B – no jumping, lots of sweat, and a little laughter while we work on balance!

Calories Burned:
This workout packs a nice little cardio punch, but there’s plenty of slow-moving abs work, too, so not a huge burn – approximately 75 – 100 calories (this number depends on your weight and intensity).

⌛ HIIT timer is set for intervals of 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.

MAIN WORKOUT (complete each pair twice to get both sides of the single-sided exercises):
Alley Oops + Around the World Kicks
Beto Shuffle + Oblique Crunch and Reverse
Star Bursts + Star Balance

FINISHER (one interval on each side):
Shooting Star Hold
