AT HOME WORKOUT FOR WEIGHT LOSS: HIIT ARM WORKOUT – HOW I LOST 100 LBS

My name is Ileka. I’m a wife and Mom of 4 young children. I’ve been overweight since birth but recently loss 100 + pounds and still have a ways to go.

This video is a Workout that I created to last about 30-45 min HIIT Workout Routine: Arms that also includes a modified option

Do 3-5 sets of the following superset
– squat jacks – 20 reps
– Bicep curls w/turn down (in squat position) – 10 reps
– High knees (slower high knees) – 50 reps
– Triceps curl w/static lunge hold – 10 on each side
– Jog in place (walk in place) – 30 sec
– Shoulder Press (w/knee raises) – 10
