Leg raise 2 sets of 10
Not sure what the next work out is called but I did 2 set of 10 on each side
Arms-2 set of 10
Squat twist I think that what it’s called 2 sets of 5
Not sure what the name of this one yet but I did 2 sets of 5
I’m still learning these workouts 2m I’ll be at the job
