The best of Sri Lanka’s epic cuisine and culinary superstars, both local and international, has been on show at the Chefs’ Guild of Lanka Culinary Art Food Expo (CAFE). Competitions pitted 500 chefs from the country’s best resorts, restaurants and hotels across the full gamut of culinary expertise.
