Finding Peace in Puerto Vallarta

Most people think travel blogging is just one long vacation. Well I’m here to tell you that’s not quite the case. With press trips having detailed itineraries, having to shoot and film in specific locations, and finally creating written and visual content for my platform (as well as a one or two others) travel blogging is a LEGIT job. As much as I love doing it, every now and then I need a real vacation- which is why I decided to visit one of my favorite places in the world, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

All I wanted was some alone time, sun and sand and that’s exactly what I got. I stayed downtown near the La Malecon at the Catedral Boutique Hotel. The hotel was small and intimate- exactly the kind of relaxing vibe I was looking for. I had the most serene suite with a long balcony that had a view of the ocean. I’ll be putting together a Puerto Vallarta Guide very soon, but in the meantime check out theses gorgeous photos I took during my stay.

Puerto Vallarta is absolutely stunning.

So in love with this place.

This cocktail is divine.
