Oppo has officially launched a new A Series 5G Smartphone in China called Oppo A58 5G. It has model number PHJ110 and is already up for booking in Chinese markets.

This particular smartphone offers Dual SIM connectivity with its Nano Slots and allows 5G and dual 4G VoLTE. It has a side mounted fingerprint sensor and supports face unlocking as well.

The A58 measures 163.8 x 75.04 x 7.99 mm and weighs about 188 grams. It has a 6.56-inch LCD display that offers 1612 x 720 pixels resolution, 90Hz refresh and touch sampling rate, 269ppi pixel density, 480nis (typ) / 600nits (max) brightness, 72% (Soft model) / 96% (Vivid mode) NTSC color, 100% sRGB and 100% DCi-P3 colors. It has 89.8% screen-to-body ratio.

Powering inside is an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor with 950MHz ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It has 8GB LPDDR4X (2133MHz 2x16bit) RAM with 256GB UFS 2.2 storage space. It does allow further storage expansion using MicroSD card.

The Oppo A58 specs include 8MP front camera with up to 1080p video recording support. At the back side are dual cameras consisting of 50MP main and 2MP depth lenses. There is an LED Flash as well.

The smartphone comes with 4880mAh (min) / 5000mAh (typ) battery and allows 33W SuperVOOC fast charging via Type-C interface. The handset offers range of sensors like Geomagnetic, Accelerometer, Ambient light, Proximity, gravity and step counter.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 8021.1ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.1, USB Type-C, GPS/A-GPS/GLONASS/Beidou are supported.

The mobile costs 1699 Yuan ($235 / Rs. 19,120 approx.) and comes in Tranquil Seal Blue, Star Black and Breeze Purple colors.
