Smooth Viking Beard Oil

Tags: beard

After some hounding from my wife about how dry and rough my Beard felt I started looking for a hair care product specifically for beards.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the bottle is the great smell this stuff has. It's a hard smell to describe, almost a floral but not girly, and very natural smelling. I was somewhat worried about it smelling like grease, but that isn't the case at all.

After using this product I can say that my facial hair is softer, smoother, and healthier looking than before. This isn't something you can style your facial hair with though, and for that reason I don't use it if I don't have time to let it soak in for awhile.

I've found that its best if I wash my face of the styling products I use and apply the beard oil as directed, usually a few drops will take care of about half my beard. After applying I go on with my daily routine and let it soak in. While this product is a mixture of oils it doesn't run or drip after you apply it, making it easy to leave in and let it replenish the nutrients that washing your beard takes out. When I'm ready to leave I just rinse it out with warm water and apply my regular styling products as normal.

As always, I should let you know that I received this product at a discount for my honest review. I am in no way affiliated with the products and their companies that you see on this review. I was not compensated for anything.
