Manchester United , had a interim manager called Ralf Ragnic , he was actually a sporting director and not at all a manager.

 He had  advised  Manchester United to go ahead and  buy tease two young footballers from the Argentinean giants   River Plate Julian Alvares a striker and a midfielder called Enzo Fernandes.

 Now what you must remember  here is both these players were young and very talented. 

 But sadly Manchester United  did not take his advice seriously.

 And we know Manchester City scooped up Julian Alvares and Chelsea paid a new English record for a footballer  , in so breaking the previous record of  107, one hundred and seven million pounds.

 The previous record was 100 million pounds for Jack Grealish.

 Both Julian Alvares and Enzo Fernandes hve won the world cup with Argentina.
