Olive Garden only feed a new menu item really in time for the Super Bowl: loaded pasta chips, AKA Italian Pasta Nachos. Delicious, yes, but quite controversial.
These homemade pasta microchips — made from section membranes of lasagna — are softly fried and smothered in Italian cheese and a hearty flesh sauce, then topped with cherry-red peppers and an Alfredo drizzle.

It’s a drool-worthy saucer , no doubt, but one that’s bound to realise nacho purists appear crisply conflicted.
