I just finished watching a late-nite rerun of the Golden Girls on Lifetime, and it happened to be an Episode where the president comes to visit the gals at their house. In the episode, the president is bushy, sr. A good amount of time in the show is taken up by Dorothy planning her verbal attack on the president, with complaints such as discrimination, a poor economy and LACK OF FUNDING FOR EDUCATION. I'm not sure of the original run date of this episode, but isn't it funny that somewhere between 13-16 years later, we have the same problems? And the same gene pool in the big white house on Pennsylvania Avenue. Hmm...
