insomnia for 2 years couldnt sleep for more than few hours a night. first night using this app and i was out and stayed out for 7 hours straight. Also with repetitive use, ive noticed i become sleepy as soon as it comes on, and even if i wake up during the night the soft tones ease me back into sleep. 10/10 if you have real troubles with sleeping good job guys and thankyou
