When I was hired in the company, it had 15 branches and around 350 employees but today, we are a family of over 1800 people, who work from more than 40 branches across India. I am proud of stating that in such a big conglomerate, I handle a team, which takes care of the entire financial records of the company. Not just this, my team also handles employees’ taxation and supports sales as well as the HR team in their work.

Every year, I have learned new things and attained career growth, which made me stick to this company. I am thankful to my mentors, Mr. Bikky Khosla, and Mr. Inderbir Singh, who have always encouraged me to perform better. I am also thankful to the company for giving friends like colleagues, who give their best efforts to support me and make me attain my goals.
The long Journey has been incredible and full of memories. In these two decades, I have been regularly praised by the company for my hard work. I have received many appraisals, rewards, and opportunity of representing the company in tradeshows of two beautiful countries of the world- Germany and Dubai. Here, in this organization, hardwork is always rewarded and every individual is given chance to perform independently. The regular team building sessions, team outings, parties and trips that are organized by Tradeindia boost morale of the employees, which I believe is utmost important to have well-performing employees.
Recently, the company has celebrated its 28th founder’s day. And in Tradeindia, this big day was celebrated by thanking the family of every staff member, believing that #InseHainHum. The company understands how important a family is to us and how our families support us to perform better. I really appreciate this effort, it feels good to see smiling faces at home and hearing from them that we are proud of you for working in such a good company.
Being an accountant, I’ll sum up my journey with these words- “With Tradeindia, I have experienced Happiness Crediting in The Balance Sheet of My Life”
