Summer is officially here and it's time to indulge some summer coolers here. Pomegranate is one of the fruit that we eat fairly regularly; But juicing it is more beneficial. Here is an easy and quick smoothie or Milkshake using pomegranate. Try it out and don't forget to leave your feed backs here:

Serving:2 glasses
Ingredients:
- Pomegranate Seeds-1 1/2 cup
- Chilled milk-1 cup
- Ice cubes-1 cup
- Sugar 1/4 cup
Preparation:
- In a blender add all ingredients and blend continuously for two minutes or until smooth.
- Sieve the juice through a strainer to remove seeds.
- Pour the juice in to serving glasses.
- Serve soon by garnishing on top with whip cream (or ice cream), pomegranate seeds and rose syrup.
