Room Tour

Hello, hope you’re all having a good week so far. I have been so busy lately working and just living I have not had time to sit down and write a blog post. I hit 100 followers the other day and to me that’s major, so I just want to quickly say thank you so much if you do follow me, if not why not start today.

My mum has recently moved house and although I stay mainly in my boyfriends I still have my own room, which meant new room new stuff am I right? Now my room is not completely finished mainly because I am not here enough to do a lot so its a work in process. Any ideas you guys have then please let me know, especially websites or places to get bits and bobs from, ok so I will just get started…

As you walk into my room the very first thing you see is my wardrobe and mirror. In the two bottom draws I have all my underwear then in the main compartment I have all my clothes that need hanging up i.e. dresses, trousers, jumpsuits and some formal tops..  My mirror is meant to have a stand attached but it takes up way too much room so for now it is just resting against the wall, its from Argos, pretty sure the wardrobes are Ikea! Next to my wardrobe I have my dressing table that never looks this neat (please say I am not the only one).  I always keep my laptop on my dressing table along with my lamp and mirror. My lamp is from Asda living and is so handy as it is right next to my bed so its very easy to turn on. I have just finished the book in the picture ‘Wilde Like Me’ it is amazing and I totally recommend it.       On the top I keep my make up brushes in glass candle holders which I picked up from The Range for around £2.50 each! Then next to that I have my acrylic plastic draws from amazon. These hold my favourite lip sticks on the top mainly all nudes with the odd plum, then my setting spray, kabuki brush by Eco Tools, micellar water and essentials like scissors, tweezers and plasters. In the top draw there is all my jewellery, then in the second I have all my favourite lip glosses and then in the bottom I have my mascaras, liners and lash glue.  Underneath my dressing table I have a set of four draws, I have wanted something like this for ages and finally found these in Argos. I use them to store my skin care, make up palettes and things like pads and tampons, as there is not a lot of room for storage in my room so these are so handy! This is the part I don’t like the most so all advice accepted, on my wall I have a collage of Polaroid pictures which I printed using LALALAB (totally recommend), really want a picture to put on the wall before the window.. then I have my window ceil which you would of seen in above pictures too I have a number of photo frames with some of my favourites pictures in! Then theres my bed I really want to get some pretty pink or white bedding as I think the grey doesn’t go as much. The pink cushion is from Debenhams and the throw is from Primark.

If you want to order some Polaroid pictures then download the app LALALAB and use the code ‘PG4UMJDU’ and get £5 off you can use it as many times as you want!!

Then there is my chest of draws which I am trying my best to keep as clutter free as possible! On here I just have my rose gold tray from Primark and in here I just keep all my The Body Shop skincare and my Chanel Perfume. Then I have a birch box which 1. looks nice and 2. is full of Yankee Candle Tea Lights which I am yet to burn, just next to that I have ‘Festive Cocktail’ Yankee Candle burning I love this scent even though its Christmas opps. From Wilkinsons I have a Rose gold pen holder which holds two body mists my hair brush and my cotton pads. Lastly I just have a jar with all my change in just so its quick and easy if I ever need to grab change.

There we go that is my room tour, wanted to keep it quite simple other wise I would be writing all day. If you want to see anything in depth then let me know in the comments i.e. make up collection or wardrobe tour.
