IBPS SO HR Officers are responsible for making timely recruitments as per the requirement of the bank. Their job is to organize various training programmes when necessary to train the employees. Regular promotions of the employees are also carried out by the IBPS HR Specialist Officers. HR Officers evaluate the regular performances of the employees. They have a huge responsibility of maintaining the database records of the employees.

The IBPS HR Specialist Officer comes under the Scale 1- Junior Management Grade. Based on the performance and hard work of the candidate, they are promoted to the senior posts. An IBPS SO HR Officer will be designated at the following posts:
