Paleo Ginger Cookies Recipe – Step-by-step Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C). Place all the ingredients (almond flour, egg, ghee or coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, baking soda, ginger powder, nutmeg, cloves, ground cardamom, salt) into a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Form 15 small balls from the dough and press into a flat cookie. Place a parchment paper on a baking tray and lay the cookies on top of the parchment paper.
Step 3
Bake for 11 minutes, then let cool and enjoy.

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup ghee or coconut oil
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 Tablespoons ginger powder
- Dash of nutmeg
- Dash of cloves
- Dash of ground cardamom
- Dash of salt
