Description :
- B.Sc / BCS or equivalent from a reputed university
- B.E would be an added advantage
- ITIL V3 foundation level certification preferred
- 3- 9 years of experience in supporting Java / JEE based application (Level 2/3)
- 2+ of experience preferably in administration and support of Web and Portal applications for Senior Engineer
- Support Engineer – Level 2/3 applications support, administration, maintenance, customization, integration, verification, deployment of respective applications. The candidate should be flexible to work shifts/weekends as & when required
- Knowledge on Java/JEE, Spring (Core, WS, Remoting, Security), Hibernate, JPA, RMI
- Exposure to Linux, SQL, scripting, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss/Tomcat, Liferay, Web Application and Portal Server Technology, HTML/CCS, VPN, Identity Management, and Single-SignOn, RDBMS , Oracle / MySQL
- Analyzing JBoss/Tomcat and Apache , RDBMS (MySQL and Oracle) log/output files
- Exposure to Support/request tracking tools (e.g. IBM Maximo) or similar
