Thoughts are like the path on which our lives continue to move. A negative thought makes us in a deep Failure, while an inspiration forces us to keep on trying despite of thousands of failure. Thoughts can be considered as a product of mind which generates consciously or unconsciously. These thoughts have an strong influence on our life. Stronger thoughts not only control our attitudes but also reflects through our behavior. Therefore control on thought is essential to achieve success in life.
Followings ways can help in controlling our thoughts:
1. Observe your Thinking : Like a video, our mind keep on playing different thoughts on its screen which are based on the previous experiences and events we meet. So to change the video of thoughts, we should try to observe positivity in our experiences and events.
2. The power of Now : In reality we can not stop ourselves from thinking, but we can control overthinking by living in present. The practice for consciousness towards our surrounding is the key to achieve the ability to observe the power of now. By living in present moment we avoid the thought of our past and future and by doing this we enlighten our inner self.
3. Feed your brain : Good nutrition is required to build a healthy body, likewise nourishment of mind by providing food of positive thoughts is compulsory to develop the habit of positive thinking. This nourishment should be on daily basis.

4. Observe Silence in Inner mind: We keep ourselves always in a mode of conversation either with others or with inner self. Based on responses, we again creates a bundle of thoughts and thus the chain reaction never stops. Therefore we should fix a time as per our comfort to observe the complete Silence. The silence helps us to isolate from the outer world and reboot our brain.
