Time to unbox & review the January 2023 Fit Snack box!
Fit Snack is a snack subscription box that’s curated to include items that are both well balanced and nutrient dense. Each box will contain 6 to 9 healthy items ranging from snack foods to cooking mixes, supplements, beverages, and more. When selecting products to include in the box, they use the Fit Snack “Perfect 10″. Put simply, they look for snacks that fall into one or more of these categories: Nutrient Dense (high in protein, complex carbs, low sugar index), Consciously Made (GMO free, organic production, sustainably farmed), and Diversified Energy (gluten free, clean eating, paleo, raw).

Gary Poppins Classic Cheddar Popcorn
This handcrafted classic cheddar flavored popcorn from Gary Poppins was “creatively curated and precisely popped one small batch at a time”. It has zero trans fat or added sugar and is proudly made in the USA. Plus, each serving has 3 grams of protein and 2 grams of dietary fiber.
Kibo Pico de Gallo Chickpea Chips
Touting 6 grams of plant-based protein per serving, these flavorful chips are made with all natural ingredients including chickpea flour, yellow peas, lentil flour, and spices. They contain no preservatives and have just 120 calories & 1 gram of sugar per serving. They’re also gluten-free and vegan-friendly!
The GFB Peanut Butter Gluten Free Bar
The GFB sustainably crafts their bars in small batches in a dedicated gluten-free facility. This peanut butter flavored bar is loaded with 12 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber. It’s non-GMO, vegan, and free of both soy & dairy. The sugar content is a bit higher than I’d like (12 grams), but it’s worth it.
Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte Supplement
These fruit-flavored drink packets contain a perfect balance of all 6 electrolytes, along with support minerals that work together to provide complete hydration so you can feel and perform your best. They’re both keto & paleo friendly, vegan, gluten free, and non-GMO. Thanks to Fit Snack, I’ve grown to love these mixes!
Conundrum Snacks Maple Smoked Cashews
Portland, Oregon based Conundrum Snacks offers their own line of handcrafted snacks including trail mixes and seasoned nuts. The smoked cashews above feature a flavorful combination of cashews, Vermont maple syrup, smoked paprika, and Jacobsen flake salt.
Bearded Brothers Groovy Ginger Peach Food Bar
This 100% plant-based snack bar is made with all natural whole foods including dates, almonds, walnuts, dried peaches, ginger, chia seeds, and sea salt. It’s gluten-free, non-GMO, organic, and vegan-friendly. Each bar contains 4 grams of fiber and 5 grams of plant-based protein.
Chasin’ Dreams Farm Crunchy Cheddar Puffs
Chasin’ Dreams Farm’s cheesy ancient grain puffs are made with 100% US-grown sorghum, avocado oil, organic cheddar cheese, and other natural ingredients. They’re also corn-free, gluten free, non-GMO, and have just 100 calories per bag.

This non-GMO granola is both vegan friendly & gluten-free and features whole grain oats, white chocolate chips, brown rice, dried raspberries, and more. Yum! Even my super picky kiddos enjoy this flavor — although they do pluck out the teeny tiny dried raspberry pieces.

Bakery on Main’s gluten-free instant oatmeal features a unique blend of certified whole grain gluten-free oats, flax meal, chia seeds, quinoa, and amaranth. Each serving contains 6 grams of fiber, 8 grams of protein, and zero sugar. It’s non-GMO, gluten-free (obviously), and vegan-friendly.
My January 2023 Fit Snack box included a nice selection of salty snacks, wholesome bars, healthy breakfast options, and more.
