WANT TO SHAKE OFF THAT BAD ENERGY? ADD THESE STEPS INTO YOUR DAILY LIFE!

We don't always Wake up on the right side of the bed and we know that each day won't be easy. Even though you may have a ruff start in the morning it does not mean that you have to stay in that awful rut! 
Read below to find a few techniques that will get you out of bed, shaking that negativity off and getting on with your day.
It's all in your mind.
We've all heard, "fake it till you make it" right? It's a mind game where we make believe that we are something, so people can believe it. When you wake up and don't feel like your usual self, think on the positive things that will make you happy so you can feel happy!
For example, be happy that you woke up. That you have a bed to sleep in. That (if you have one) your significant other (that you're truly in love with) is right next to you! Be grateful for the small things at the start of your day and the rest of your day will be great!
Say affirmations. 
Okay, so you're up, out of the shower and you have your clothes on, but you still don't feel right. This is where speaking things into existence can come into play. 
Write down 3-5 positive things about yourself. They can be external or internal. Something true or something that you're hoping to be true in the long run. 
For example, say affirmations like:
-I am beautiful
-I am worth it
-I am in shape
-I am financially stable
- I am amazing, because there is no one like me on this earth!
Once you've said these affirmations your mood will change and you will be ready to head out with a smile!
Stretch.
Get those limbs moving! You don't even have to get out of bed for this one! Take the time to feel every part of your body before you jolt out of bed. Think about your knuckles, hip bones, chest, knees, ankles, muscles and anything else that you would not normally think about! If you do want to hop out of bed in the morning, incorporating a yoga routine can be amazing! Research a few stretches on YouTube or even on social media!
