Sonam Kapoor is one of those actresses who doesn’t shy about having a blunt opinion on any matter. She is quite outspoken and we love her for that. But this time she left us stunned with her latest confession. The Neerja actress made her presence felt at Rajeev Masand’s ‘The Bollywood Roundtable 2016 interview’, where she confessed of being molested at younger age. Alia Bhatt, Anushka Sharma, Vidya Balan and Radhika Apte who were in the same interview were equally shocked by her revelation. The promo of the interview is out and it has been creating sensation with Sonam’s revelation, when she said, “I know I have been molested when I was younger. It was traumatising.”

Apart from Sonam, even Anushka confessed that her mom used to ask her about being touched inappropriately, “My mother used to keep asking me really strange questions when I was a kid, like ‘were you touched inappropriately in any way’ and I used to think something is wrong with  my mother ‘cos I was a kid and I don’t know why she was asking that to me.” Though we have only seen snatches of that interview, we definitely know by these statements that it will be super explosive.

Coming back to Sonam, we are extremely proud of the gal for having the gumption to let out such a huge secret of her life. Also recently TV actress Tinaa Dattaa too came out and spoke on being molested in a flight.
