5 Things That Shouldn't Be Found In Your Restroom
There is some stuff that shouldn't be there that we keep in the bathroom. You may have missed these things because, sometimes, leaving these things makes life simpler for us.
Some items that should not be left in your bathroom are below:
1. Towels
For mold and mildew, bathrooms are the ideal breeding ground, and your towels are easily susceptible to these gross fungi. Having one towel hanging up in the bathroom is perfect, as long as you change it out once a week. Turning an exhaust fan will allow the room and your damp towel to dry out faster. In a wardrobe, store additional towels.
2. Bathrobe
Hold your bathrobe away from the toilet. Damp robes can harbor bacteria, much like towels, and humidity can give them a musty odor. Instead of being on a rack in your shower, let them dry in your wardrobe.

3. Books
While you're doing your business, it can be helpful to have some reading material available. Yet moisture would be absorbed by the books and magazines stored in the bathroom, leaving you with wrinkled pages and rotting binding.
4. Toothbrushes
A research from Manchester University in England in 2012 found that more than 10 million bacteria could be housed in your toothbrush, and a portion of that comes from fecal matter sprayed throughout the room every time you flush the toilet. Rinse and air-dry it after each usage to keep your brush as germ-free as possible, and, if you still want to store it in the bathroom, close the lid of the toilet before you flush.
5. Makeup
Leaving your makeup items in the bathroom exposes them to a lot of unwanted heat and humidity, allowing the spread of mold and other bacteria and making your makeup go bad faster. And makeup brushes are also likely to get polluted with fecal matter from sprayed toilet water, much like toothbrushes. Nobody's going to want all that on their heads.
