A lot can happen in a Decade. Ten Years ago we were seeing signs of recovery from the economic crash of ’08. At TK Events, we were a start-up team of five, with a focus on offering event project management to a small roster of clients.

As the old saying goes, it feels like we snapped our fingers and a decade flashed by. Perhaps that feeling we collectively have of being swept up in something much, much bigger than all of us, can be attributed to massive technological advancements. In a decade, we can attest to the fact that the world is moving faster than we could ever imagine. We share, we consume, we waste. We fail and we succeed. We take risks, we celebrate and we share.

Technology is pushing us into bigger, bolder areas.

We’ve been fortunate to work with some of the world’s leaders in technology and innovation in the delivery of live events.

And over the past ten years, we have brought subject matter experts in-house to deliver all elements of the event experience, making it easier for our clients to answer in an always-on, always changing corporate climate. We’re a mighty team of 14 with in-house developers, graphics, a registration team, along with producers and event designers. Plus an expansion project in the works that we can’t wait to share with you!

We move fast, just as our clients do. We joke about the 9 p.m. shift – it’s a skype call for our moms and dads after the kids are down and there’s still SO MUCH WORK TO BE DONE.

We have fun. It’s a company tradition that no one goes home after an event until we’ve all come together to celebrate one another.
