Although i think this guy went berserk, but this and the art of the deal are great books.

1-Be egocentric and narcissistic

3-sleep 4 hours a day. don't lose time.
4-don't depend on technology. email is for wimps. call people
5-think of yourself as an one man army.
6-don't let people know you are smarter.Being underestimated is a great thing.
7-success creates success., or the impression of success if you are just starting
8-trust your family, not your friends.
9-treat each decision, like a lover.
10-be curious.understand your surroundings.
11-don't stretch your salary more than 25% in the rent

1-location: believe in the location otherwise you will be making a horrible investment.
2-always negotiate from the start. it is much better to negotiate a broker in the beginning than in the middle or end.
3-thorough research everything.
4-pay the appraisal and a building inspector.
5-i never sign a contract without consulting an attorney
6-never ever ever accept a first offer. When you get an offer from one guy, go to the other guy to get a better price. Not doing this you will lose money.
7-know the tax.
8-know the sink costs.
9-there is nothing complicated about this business, but care and planning is required.

6-pay attention to your anger. Anger is a sign of lack of control.
7-dress for the job you want, not the job you have.People want to do business with people who look good. You need good grooming.

10-in a deal,people look for inconsistencies in you. If you have something that looks broke, it signals them not do it.
