ok, now that I’m sure you know I’m better.

Here’s how to become an internet Marketing badass in a day then.

I’m going to tell you a story real quick that kinda made me write this Article.

About 7 moths ago I stumbled onto an article about a 17 year old kid who’d become a millionaire trading stocks… you might have heard about them, might not, it doesn’t really matter.

I knew the guy and the fact they weren’t a millionaire (which later on was revealed in a new article by CNNmoney), but I didn’t care about that, I know most articles online are pure fiction and I don’t care…

what interested me was the clever marketing this guy had pulled off, whether what they had done was right or not is for you to decide (I don’t like it), but it sure works wonders in terms of becoming popular…

he later on said he didn’t even know who had started that rumor LOL, yah, we’ll believe that.

I mean, you, me and a few other smart folks will know the guy is a joke, but they are Famous and rich for the rest of the world.

As a matter of fact most famous people use exactly the same strategies to promote themselves, only they are smarter enough to not get caught lying… some of them don’t lie (that much LOL).

Think about any of the famous people online and where you read about them, think about any of the popular books and where you found out about them… that’s right, on any of the famous press sites, that’s where it all starts.

The other day I was at Flippa (they contacted me to list the site there) and saw a guy linking to a Times article about their site in his seller notes… even site sellers use press to sell, because people don’t realize the press publishes what they are being paid to publish, they don’t even care whether it’s true or not.

So if you want to become popular tomorrow you need to do the following:

1 Go to Times, or Business insider or CNNoney or any of those

2 Ask how much it costs to publish your story

3 Negotiate a lower price

4 Pay that price

5 Enjoy the fame

6 Say you don’t know how that rumor started if you get caught LOL (if you already have money and are only after more traffic you can skip this)

I’m writing it like it’s a joke and I actually think it is a huge hilarious joke, but this is how people become famous nowadays, and once you become famous people start to follow, start to listen, no matter how you had become famous.

I’ll give you another example:

There is that huge SEO blog online that gets thousands of hits daily, not because it ranks, but because it gets promoted by another already popular site, which had probably been promoted the same way.

Marketing is nothing that difficult.

When I see someone talk about the latest tricks in SEO or click through rates, or measuring some fucking useless things It makes me go find the guy and kick them in the butt… even though I know most promote their SEO software or whatever.

Popularity is what matters, the rest is crap, you can buy all the software, measure everything and make 5 bucks if you want, I don’t care, or you can become famous and make as much money as you like… whatever suits you best my friend.

And I know this strategy might be a bit expensive for you which is why I have searched out all articles I have written about how to become popular for free (or little to no money) for you:
