This stunning view is just one of the many features of Manchester House. The breathtaking open area is one of a kind, and the inside layout is just as beautiful. A cream-hued theme mixed with wooden furniture and decor enhance the modern atmosphere presented. Head chef at the age of 22, Aiden Byrne has worked in many other Michelin-starred restaurants including Adlards, Pied A Terre and The Commons, highlighting his class and skill in the profession.

3. Quill, Manchester

Bringing a refreshing concept to Manchester’s best restaurants, Clifton Muil‘s Tattu Restaurant and Bar opened at Gartside Street, Spinningfields in April 2015. The fascinating layout, created by Edwin Pickett, provides customers with a breathtaking atmosphere in which to enjoy their meals. Cocktails, and a premium wine list, enable customers to enjoy the venue as a drinks destination, as well as a restaurant.

The modern Australian cuisine combines Pacific Rim flavours, underpinned by European cooking tradition, Indonesian, and Southeast Asian influences. The entrance of Australasia is within a triangular glass structure protruding from the cement.
