Restaurants Fail with Lack of Support from Nearby Big Tech

UPDATE: The Cadillac Bar and Grill is still going strong in the Twitter building Mid-Market San Francisco.   Cadillac Bar and Grill was a success of Breakaway Funding’s crowdfunding raise.  They raised a total of $2.4 million funded in part by TransPacific Bank.

They are still thriving considering the downturn for restaurants within the area.  According to Matt Semmelhack, owner of Bon Marche Brasserie in Market Square he states “This immediate neighborhood definitely feels saturated, and market saturation leads to closure or culling. Michael Rodriguez of Cadillac Bar and Grill believes it’s a waiting game for the area to continue to build in popularity.  Rodriguez stated “If we can hang on a couple of years we can reap the benefit” -SFC
