As Twitter recently posted, a CEO is a permanent job. And CEO position is connected to the overall management and leadership of a company. So what traits should a person like this have to make it a permanent position and deserve to be called a true leader?
Organization
A company needs a plan. Whether it is a Business plan, a marketing one or any other schedules that allow the business to forward its success. The leader needs to be able to understand the importance of an organized business and be able to implement any approaches and even come up with new ones, that allow the company to stay on track.
Know
Know-how and vast knowledge of various areas create a leader that is able to understand situations and issues that come up in a company on a day to day basis. One thing is to actually have a knowledge set in mind, but the other is the ability to search for and discover information.
Handle
Being assertive is not just a fancy word, but a real approach that makes the Leader. Having the right mindset and being able to find solutions, and especially thinking out of the box create a combination that ensure the right direction of a business.
