The cold here makes me feel like I’m in the states……..lol *in my mind though* hahahahaha
It’s really difficult to relate with the residents of a city if you do not understand the Language of the people…..
I went to the local market some time ago, after my shopping I stopped a keke (a tricycle) told the driver where I was going and he said I should enter………I did……….when he got to the nearest junction, he asked the other passengers to go down……..the only word I understood was a “a drop” (meaning I will pay extra charges for transportation I didn’t budget for or atleast that is first thing I thought of)…………..hold up! hold up! hold up!
When did I tell him I wanted a drop?? If he knew what the word drop means, then why did he not understand me when I told him where I was going………….
My reaction: I quickly came down too and told him I was not paying him for a drop when I could get a bike ride to my location for a cheaper rate……..The driver started talking in his language, and got a lot of attention………….as fast as my leg could carry me I was out of the place without being noticed, found a bike and went home.
1. I’ll be able to communicate properly with the driver.
2. He would have known from the market where exactly I was going to and how much I was willing to pay for it.
3. I’ll freely visit the places I wish to visit.
Now the Election is approaching you will be needed to help out and I’m thinking what will happen if your officer in charge of payment cannot speak English and you do not understand the local langauge???? Lollllllllzzzzz
I can’t even think of it…………hahahahahahahahaha
You might get an interpreter that will help you fill up the communication gap but what happens when it’s time for payment?????
My advice: know the meaning of the following words in the local language of your location;
"KILL,MONEY, DON’T, PAY, KIDNAPP, SHOOT, SLAP, BLOW, FIGHT"……………………..you can add your words………hahahaha.
If you hear any of these words, you know what to do but if your wise like me don’t just get involved at all…………….As in flee from every appearances of Election.....#my opinion#.

While you are on it, I’ll be making plans to buy my dream car with my own big share of the money, cuz with these few points of mine I know many of you will back out……….lol
