Ramp – $150M

Ramp, a corporate card and all-in-one spend management platform, has Raised $150M in a Series D extension led by Khosla Ventures and Founders Fund. Founded by Eric Glyman, Gene Lee, Karim Atiyeh in 2019, Ramp has now raised a total of $1.1B in Reported Equity Funding. The funding comes at a $7.65B post-money valuation.


Snappy – $25M

Snappy, a corporate gifting platform, has raised $25M in Series D funding led by Qumra Capital. Founded by Dvir Cohen and Hani Goldstein in 2015, Snappy has now raised a total of $129.8M in reported equity funding.


Scaler – $10.2M

Scaler, an ESG data platform for the real estate industry, has raised $10.2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $11M and this close comes from three investors. Founded by Luc Van De Boom and Zlatan Menkovic in 2022, Scaler has now raised a total of $13M in reported equity funding.


GovDash – $10M

GovDash, generative AI platform for government contracting, has raised $10M in Series A funding led by Northzone. GovDash was founded by Curtis Mason, Sean Doherty, and Timothy Goltser in 2021.

UpLink, the company building a decentralized wifi nework, has raised $10M in venture funding led by Framework Ventures. UpLink was founded by Carlos Lei Santos in 2016.


Sending Labs – $7.5M

Sending Labs, a decentralized social network, has raised $7.5M in Seed funding from investors that include led by Balaji Srinivasan. Founded by Joeyz Yu and Mason Yang in 2021, Sending Labs has now raised a total of $20M in reported equity funding.


Camp – $6M

Camp, a provider of immersive and retail experiences for kids and families, has raised $6M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $20M and there were five investors in this close. Founded by Ben Kaufman and Nikki Kaufman in 2018, Camp has now raised a total of $84.6M in reported equity funding.


Draftboard – $4.1M

Draftboard, an infrastructure platform for external referral bonuses for hiring, has raised $4.1M in Venture funding from investors that include Founder Collective, Nitesh Banta, ANIMO Ventures, Ground Up Ventures, and Twelve Below. Draftboard was founded by Zach Roseman in 2022.

CloudForge – $3.95M

CloudForge, a workflow automation and data platform for the metals industry, has raised $3.95M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that this round comes from four investors. CloudForge was founded by Christopher Holt and Benjamin Marans in 2022.


The Folklore – $3.4M

The Folklore, a wholesale marketplace and platform built for brands to connect with retailers, has raised $3.4M in Seed funding from investors that include led by Benchstrength. Founded by Amira Rasool in 2018, The Folklore has now raised a total of $6.2M in reported equity funding. Hatch – $3M

Hatch, an AI-powered fundraising intelligence platform for the non-profit sector, has raised $3M in Seed funding led by Differential Ventures. Founded by Moshe Hecht in 2021, Hatch has now raised a total of $4.5M in reported equity funding.


Ilant Health – $2.5M

Ilant Health, an obesity management platform, has raised $2.5M as a Seed extension from investors that include Celtic House Asia Partners, LifeX Ventures, Cornucopian Capital, and Jessica Muse. Founded by Elina Onitskansky and Jessica Muse in 2022, Ilant Health has now raised a total of $5.5M in reported equity funding.


AgentSmyth – $2.5M

AgentSmyth, a provider of autonomous AI agents for the finance industry, has raised $2.5M in Seed funding from investors that include Michael Rafferty and M. Craig Milias. AgentSmyth was founded by Pulkit Jaiswal, Daniel McCooey, and Mike Block in 2024.
