FlexPoint, aa payments automation platform for managed service providers, has raised $5M in Venture funding led by Haymaker Ventures. Founded by Victor Lopez, Alex Kushner, and Sam Kushner in 2021, FlexPoint has now raised a total of $7.4M in reported equity funding.

Sealed, a residential energy efficiency startup focused on promoting weatherization and electrification, has raised $20M in Venture funding led by Keyframe Capital Partners. Founded by Andy Frank, Lauren Salz, and Paul Gilkerson in 2012, Sealed has now raised a total of $108.5M in reported equity funding.
