Spearbit, a marketplace for web3 security solutions, has Raised $7M in Seed funding led by Framework Ventures. Founded by Alex Beregszaszi and Jake Lang in 2021, Spearbit has now raised a total of $8.5M in reported equity funding.


Longball Capital – $4M

Longball Capital, an insurance provider for professional sports franchises, has raised $4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were nine investors in the round. Longball Capital was founded by John Abbamondi in 2023.


Kernel Foods – $36M

Kernel Foods, an automated restaurant concept founded by the founder of Chipotle, has raised $36M in Series A funding from investors that include Willoughby Capital, Raga Partners, Rethink Food, and Virtru Investment Partners. Kernel Foods was founded by Steve Ells in 2023.

Vera AI, a conversational assistant to enforce and automate privacy, security, and fairness policies within an enterprise, has raised $3.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were seventeen investors in the round. Vera AI was founded by Liz O’Sullivan in 2021.


Simon Data – $54M

Simon Data, a customer data platform focused on personalization, has raised $54M in Series D funding from investors that include Polaris Partners, F-Prime Capital, .406 Ventures, and Macquarie Capital. Founded by Frank Harris, Jason Davis, Joshua Neckes, and Matt Walker in 2015, Simon Data has now raised a total of $115.8M in reported equity funding.


Grapevine – $1.67M

Grapevine, a collaborative donation platform focused on giving circles, has raised $1.67M in Venture funding led by PJC. Grapevine was founded by Emily Rasmussen and Jessan Hutchison-Quillian in 2017.

Campside Media – $4M

Campside Media, a podcasting brand focused on non-fiction narrative-based storytelling, has raised $4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. Campside Media was founded by Adam Hoff, Josh Dean, Matthew Shaer, and Vanessa Grigoriadis in 2019.


Gomboc.AI – $5M

Gomboc.AI, a deterministic cloud infrastructure remediation platform, has raised $5M in Seed funding from investors that include Hetz Ventures and Glilot Capital Partners. Gomboc.AI was founded by Ian Amit and Jonathan Desrocher in 2022.


Prefix Maintenance – $1.4M

Prefix Maintenance, a repair and maintenance platform for restaurants, has raised $1.4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3.5M and this close comes from a sole investor. Prefix Maintenance was founded by Jared Schwartzentruber in 2022.

Suno, a practice management platform for audiologists, has raised $1.4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $4M and this close comes from a sole investor. Suno was founded by Omar Kiyani and Krish Mohan in 2022.


Inspiren – $9.65M

Inspiren, the patient care monitoring system for nursing that uses computer vision and automation, has raised $9.65M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that this round comes from ten investors. Founded by Michael Wang, Paul Coyne, and Vincent Cocito in 2016, Inspiren has now raised a total of $17.35M in reported equity funding.


Multiplayer – $3M

Multiplayer, a soon-to-launch collaboration platform for teams that work on distributed software, has raised $3M in venture funding from investors that include Bowery Capital, Okapi Venture Capital, Edith Harbaugh, and Mitch Wainer. Multiplayer was founded by Steph Johnson and Thomas Johnson in 2023.
