This new Book by Adam Grant is worth reading. The book offers a lot of different stories of “original” people and provides a good analysis of some of the most common misconceptions we have about creativity and why some people tend to be different from the norm. The book also sheds a new light and provides empirical answers on different aspects of originality within education, psychology and business.
