Acharya Manish Khandelwal was conferred with the Nationwide Award 2019 for his outstanding contribution in the field of astrology, tantra sadhana, and social work. He is a celebrated entity in the astrology circle and is well-known for his unmatched expertise. One of the many feathers in his cap is being the National President of the Adishakti Divine Foundation.
The foundation organized the first International Astrology Summit, which was held in Delhi on April 28, 2019, under his leadership. He has been involved in a lot of social work such as tree plantation, distribution of clothes through the vastra bank, free medical camps, free legal and financial advice, free astrology camps and much more. At Business Mint, we got talking with him and here are the excerpts of the interview:
Could you please explain more about your areas of work?
By profession, I am an astrologer, specializing in KP astrology. I have worked as a teacher and consultant in the same branch of astrology. In addition to this, I am currently serving as the National President of the Adishakti Divine Foundation, wherein we undertake several projects of people’s welfare.
We’ve heard you are involved in a lot of social work. Please enlighten us more about it.
At Adishakti Divine Foundation, we strongly believe in working for the betterment of the society we live in. We are involved in several social welfare projects like distribution of clothes and food to needy people through our vastra bank, plantation of trees, free legal and financial advice, and free medical camps for the underprivileged section of the society. We aim to help people who need it but don’t have enough resources.
What are the different events organized by Adishakti Divine Foundation lately under your leadership?
We’ve organized many events related to astrology that contribute towards the cause of bringing several experts, professionals, and followers of astrology on a common platform, wherein we indulge in knowledge sharing and gain better insight into the latest developments in the field of astrology. Two of the most recent events organized by the Adishakti Foundation under my leadership were the ‘Jyotish Mela and the Samajik Jyotish Samman Samaroh’ held on July 7, 2019, and the ‘first International Astrology Summit’, which was conducted on April 28, 2019. All the events we organize are a great success and see a great turn-up of people from the astrological arena.
You’ve won the Nationwide Award 2019 in Entrepreneur Awards Category Organized by Business Mint. How do you feel about it?
It feels great that my tireless work and contributions have been recognized by Business Mint. It has motivated me to strive harder for the betterment of society and I will make sure to do my best to help the astrological community thrive, as I have been doing till now.
