The United Nations has now released a formal report on India becoming the hub of employment by the year 2050. The national demographics state that India will have the largest working population by 2050 and will surpass everyone as the leader in GDP growth rate. This is also a chance for India to become an economic superpower along with the strong military prowess that she already has.
For the Economic revolution to take place though, India will have to undergo an optimization of sorts when it comes to the way she handles a plethora of issues starting from job creation to removing disguised unemployment. Some of the issues that need major optimization and overhaul in some cases are-

This goes without saying that a large number of jobs need to be created to accommodate the increased pool of workers but more than that there needs to be better quality of jobs created in order to push those sectors which give better value to the GDP.

A lot of new recruitment companies are coming out with new models and ideas of recruitment which can explore newer databases and can give the recruiters a better angle to work with. The government needs to incentivize such R&D programs so that these companies are incentivized to keep innovating.

A lot of people are content working in their jobs but are capable of working in higher positions. Therefore, these people need to be brought to higher working positions so that their full potential is being utilized. Popular recruitment websites need to make their software more passive jobseeker centric and update databases to contribute towards the GDP boost.
