If you just started building your Network Marketing business, there is a good chance you were told to make a list of your family, friends, co-workers, basically anyone you know that is breathing. While I highly suggest that you do this, there are a few key things you need to keep in mind.
The list of people you know is going to run out at some point, most of the time sooner than later. So what are you going to do once you get to the end of that list?
Well, I was in that exact position when I came online a few short years ago looking for ways to build my business using the internet. What I found was a way to position my products and services in front of people who are already sold on network Marketing. All of this is done using a little secret that all top earners online use.

If You Need To Make Money Fast Do This
There are two ways to market, that’s active marketing where you reach out to people to see if they are open and then there is passive marketing. That is content such as blog post, videos, Facebook lives, etc. You hope someone responds to that content. If you need to make money fast, prospecting is going to be your best bet.
That involves you reaching out to people to see if they are open. I’m not saying to reach out and pitch them but just to see if they are open. You can check out this post I did on cold marketing prospecting that will show you how to invite strangers in network marketing.
Some Recruiting Strategies For Network Marketing
Here are a couple of super effective strategies I learned from Ray Higdon.
1. Don’t be addicted to the outcome. You could have the best mlm scripts in the world and you will still get more no’s than yes’s. You should never get upset or burn a bridge because someone told you no they don’t want to join your business. It’s nothing personal, it’s just not the right time for them. Also, you never know what might change for them in the future that would have them open to joining your business.
2. Say less to more people. One of the biggest mistakes network marketers make is they talk too much. They try and explain the business model, compensation plan the way the binary works and everything else under the sun. Aint nobody got time for all that! Your prospect is now thinking they have to do this exact thing to build a business. What you should do instead is first, see if they are open, if they are, point them to a tool. A DVD, website an online video. This is easy, anyone can do that.

I remember when I first got started, I got frustrated with someone if they didn’t see how awesome the company I was promoting was. I was very addicted to the outcome. Now I take a very different approach, if someone is open to take a look cool, and if not, well that’s cool too, on to the next person!

Why You Want To Learn How To Market
I’m going to keep it 100 right here, chest to chest has built and still is building people huge business even to this day. It’s a tried and true strategy that will never go out of style or get dated. But here is the downside, every day you start over with zero people to talk too. You have to go out and hustle up some fresh new leads.
But when you learn how to market the right way, you can have people reaching out to you asking you about your business. Imagine waking up every day with your inbox full of people waiting to talk to you.
One the biggest reason why most people do not ever generate leads online is because they were never taught how to market correctly.
