Woke up 8:30, got to gym around 9:30, I did Arms today, .. had a really good workout, got home jogging.. the weather was so great.. I took a nap this afternoon, went for a run around 7pm, had been listening to Tim Ferris podcast the rest of the day.. back to work tomorrow after a long break, was aiming to get into bed by 11;30, it's just passed..
