Celebrate The Holidays With Snow And A Tiny

Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Rosemary Clooney, and Vera-Ellen, sit across from each other on the train headed to Vermont. They notice a window card at their table that touts a “Winter Playground of America”.

Snow / Snow/ Snow
It won’t be long before we’ll all be there with snow /
Snow I want to wash my hands, my face and hair with snow…

The entire song is sung in 4-part harmony, painting a picture of a beautiful, snowy environ where life is slower and cozier. With snow in Fly Creek, NY throughout much of the winter, it seems like the quartet could be singing about Hulse Hill Farm.

Hulse Hill Farm is a small homestead in the Leatherstocking region of New York that was started with just a few chickens and a garden or two but has now grown to numerous garden, quite a few more chickens, and even a few cashmere goats! It is perfect for a relaxing time in the country this winter.

Known primarily for its Hulse Hill Bed & Breakfast, the property also boasts a 28 x 8 foot (224 sq.ft.) tiny house on wheels designed and decorated in farm chic.

The house has a lower level bedroom with a queen bed and offers a view of the goats and valley. Above it is a small storage loft where you can stow your belongings and even pack away your big city stress! The kitchen has a farm sink, swan neck faucet, and both a grill and a burner stove top. The bathroom has a full shower and composting toilet. The main living area has a flat screen television, a mini-split HVAC unit, a ceiling fan, a sofa, and a comfortable chair.

Add to the design beautiful white shiplap and generous amounts of windows, and you have one incredible rental opportunity this holiday season!
