LegalShield is Best for small companies that want to have a lawyer to call with legal questions and for help with sending out collection letters. They are not recommended for legal issues such as INC, LLC, DBA, patent, copyright, or trademark law.
Legalzoom is Best for entrepreneurs who want to start a business and incorporate, set up an LLC or file for a DBA. It is recommended for intellectual property protection such as patents, copyrights, and trademarks. Additionally, they offer services business owners need such as will preparation, power of attorney and living trusts.
