At Legalzoom you can purchase only what you need at any time and not be burdened by monthly fees. Also for business services, Legalzoom is the sure winner based on their experience of setting up thousands of businesses in LLC, INC, and DBA.

LegalShield is Best for small companies that want to have a lawyer to call with legal questions and for help with sending out collection letters. They are not recommended for legal issues such as INC, LLC, DBA, patent, copyright, or trademark law.

Legalzoom is Best for entrepreneurs who want to start a business and incorporate, set up an LLC or file for a DBA. Conclusion
