New Music Releases for November 2017

Diamond Lane Music Group / EMPIRE / Atlantic / Javotti Media / 3D

The last quarter of the year has fallen upon us, and there’s already enough heat to get us through the impending winter months. With November just a few days away, XXL gives the rundown on the hip-hop projects expected to drop within the next four weeks.

A handful of rappers have used their social media platforms to reveal what they have in store this November. Problem has been steadily promoting his album, Selfish, everywhere from Twitter to Instagram. The West Coast rhymer’s LP is expected to drop this Friday (Nov. 3).

XXL‘s 20th anniversary cover star, Wiz Khalifa, tweeted out the title of his mixtape, Laugh Now, Fly Later, in response to a fan’s inquiry, with a release date of Nov. 10. Last week, both Tee Grizzley and Lil Durk posted photos of themselves in the studio together and asked fans what they should name their joint collab. The project, which doesn’t have a title yet, is scheduled to drop Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 23).

ShaqIsDope plans to push out his self-titled EP on his birthday, Nov. 16. A few days ago, Jaden Smith put forth a cinematic presentation on his Instagram for his debut album, SYRE: A Beautiful Confusion. Jaden’s first LP, along with T-Pain‘s Oblivion, PnB Rock‘s Catch These Vibes and Talib Kweli‘s Radio Silence are scheduled to release on Nov. 17.

Yeah, November’s looking pretty lit. View all of the month’s new project releases in the gallery below.
