Last weekend, she posted more lovely shots from the family’s Father’s Day celebration, wishing Hart, “Happy Father’s Day, my love!” Hart, 37, has two children — daughter Heaven, 12, and son Hendrix, 9 — from his previous marriage to ex-wife Torrei.
