Note:
On Friday, 10 September 2021, I arrived to Crunch Fitness for my morning swim. Soon following, I proceeded on a fitness run. After which, I lay on my bed for a power nap.
Well: the 1 hour power nap turned into a 5 hour sleep.
I did not rise for teaching my weekly Crunch Fitness 5:30 - 7:00 pm yoga class.
I slept right through my 1.5 hour class!
I made a mistake.
I apologize to all that attended and/or were worried.
I've learned from the incident.
